Portfolio Recovery has been calling my home phone for 2 years about a 12 year old debt that was satisfied with the lender. Certified mail to them with copies of debt satisfaction go unsigned and returned. They refuse to provide any sort of supporting documentation of an outstanding debt.
Today, they began calling my cell phone. That number has never been given out to anyone other then personal contacts, so I have no idea how they got that number.
