They called me to pay my phone (which i have). They hung up so i called verizon & they said no 1 has called me from there

"paypal" called me from this number to confirm my S.S.N & credit card info because some fraud was going on. They knew my name & last name.
The funny thing is i do NOT own a paypal account.
Um 911called me (which is an emergency number), so i called back & they told me "our records show we have not contacted you"
