Automated voice said they were calling from my credit card company (but didn't name the company) and said they were calling to lower rate. I hung up.
This is a collection agency/law firm. They use a call director system when this number is dialed. This number appears to be used for skip tracing.
If you call from a different number other than the number they were calling, the system does not answer. If you call from the number this number was calling, you get a person. Sneaky...

They're claiming to be Breast Cancer Support. This is a professional fundraising company that has gone under different names over the years claiming to be some sort of cancer support charity.
