I did not answer because I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. I looked up number on Call Control. It came back to the name above whom I do not know.

Also, the area code and prefix are the same as mine, which is a known trick of telemarketers to make people think the caller is a neighbor. I have listed these numbers to be blocked by Call Control, but it did not work in this case.

Capital One Collections. I explained to the nice rep about my financial hardship & we agreed to lower pymts. Months later, she quit, and I got a new rep that is a jerk. I quit making pymts. It pays to be nice.
