received call from this TFC LLC company with non english speaking person who said they were going to lower interest rate on credit card. While I was trying to gather my information and ensure company was legit, I had my husband take over call at which time my husband told this person we had cut up the card so didn't have expiration date handy, this person then said he was going to close our account and allow us 1 month to pay off the card or they would declare us bankrupt. This guy told my husband he was wasting his time then hung up. obviously this was a scam but what an experience. wish I had a contact number for this company. Anyone know a way to file a complaint?
