Just received a call from a "jimmy" who states I must call today OR ELSE the choice will be mine and God Bless. Total scam, fight back!

This is the second time in the past two months I have been contacted by someone who said I owed money or would be arrested. The first time was on November 19th by a David Cooper who
stated the he was with a law firm at the superior courthouse and that I had broken three laws punishable by prison and that his firm had zero tolerance and that that would prosecute to the fullest for electronic fraud, check fraud, and bank violation through my payday loans I owed a total of $3,4848.87 and if "they" were not paid $645.37 that evening I would be arrested at my place of employment on Monday. It was very alarming as they had my bank name, place of employment and employer address, vendor and the IP address. I contacted the vendor directly and had been told that it was fraud and contacted David Cooper during my lunch hour explaining that as a legal representative he must surely be aware that it is against the law to contact an employee at work, that the false statements he had presented were punishable prison and a $2,000 fine per incident and, after he hung up on me, I repeatedly called him back and told him this was what harassment felt like. At that point he threatened me saying he would call me “10,000 times day”.

These people need to be stopped. I got my first phone call at 8:00 am and was just sick about it until I started doing some research. Their game is to terrorize you with threats and imprisonment.
