Sorry its only gmail voice default caller ID.
It could be used by spammers since it is free. Most likely people don't know how to use it, their PC does not have a microphone or they have the wrong number. Its just Google, not spam.
But since there is no way to know who is calling, I recommend blocking it just the same until Google finally gets more caller ID phone numbers (DIDs).

Calling every 10 minutes, nobody there, just block them.
