This company is a scam. They use the names David Allen (Lamar Snow) and Mrs. Evans. They use the scare tactics of calling family members, saying you are under an investigation and that you are a felon. When you request documents they say they will only email you something and they do not have to provide you any written documents in the mail. They do not follow any of the collection laws and try and charge you with bogus claims. I let them know that payday loans are illegal in my state and their response was "they are not because you received one." I've never had one in my life and they are in fact illegal in my state.
