won't stop calling, I have no idea who this is.

The recorded message says please call 800-404-8761. They repeat the number several times, but never state who they are or why they are calling

State the persons name they are calling for, and say if this is not said stated person please hang up, otherwise stay on the line

Person that called was Shaun Stevens. He is from another country and I cannot understand the company name he states he is representing. He states I've committed fraud, and investigators and the police will be coming to my home. This person has called many, many times, and basically says the same thing on each message left. Also, he states they have my social security and phone number, address, and they are going to take me to court, or something of that nature. Honestly, I cannot understand this man. I have not spoke with him personally, I've only heard his voice mails. This person has called my place of employment, my parents, and a friend. I believe this has been going on for three or four months.
