I wanted to take the time to edit this entry. I did some additional digging and found that the number listed is from a call center in Livingston that does not take incoming calls.
I was able to get a hold of Security One via their 888-584-5152. I canceled my app and was told they are new to NJ and their sales staff is still in training.
So the company is legit, just not organized.
