Recording claiming the gov't is making changes - didn't listen any further.

If you check their website, they seem to do very little charity. I got the opinion that they just want free inventory to see for profit and then once in a while donate things that never sold so they can take a deduction in their personal taxes.

Called my husband's cell. Novatel showed on caller ID. I agree with another poster that the FCC is doing absolutely NOTHING!!! Some numbers I know have been reported by enough of us to have penalties to them large enough to make the evening national news - but NOOOO such news has never reached the newsroom I've stopped bothering with the do not call site. I block as many as I can w/o paying extra just for those annoyances.
