I have been getting calls on and off for about Seven months now and when i pick up the phone they don't say anything. They either stay on the phone or hang up. I am sure i know who is doing this. I had an Anti-social- neighbour for Four years and i believe they found out my phone number through my diary sheets i sent to the council. They have moved to a different area now. But still getting the calls.
