Possible phsycholigical game and attention seeking won by foolery, obtaining the fantasy outcome anticipated, luring the prey on the phone to chat and give details is likely a fishing scam, and tied to money scams to start. However the ploy is worrisome. It is most definitely a lead into the assumed position of control and domination "You are not well, I am here to talk about YOUR issues that I NOTICED and HELP YOU out (of your money, career house , car and life because I noticed you are trouble and need me to fix you ..likely urgently" Friday December 4, 2015 3:33 PM The exact date I was hospitalized after a long term crisis for being repeatedly battered, torchured, held hostage etc. I nearly died -- several times. The message shows 2 truncations. It is followed up by the phone number 818-732-1686 which was a phone I was given by Steve to use from the man who tried to kill me, it was removed from my hands and thrown into the back seat where I could not use it. It may have been the phone I dialed from to start my G mail voice account or it may have been his girlfriends phone. I will try to ask Google if they can fish the starter number to I can clear that lead. This was for sure targeted call from the NORTH HOLLYWOOD CALLER ID which was in fact the exact town I was nearly murdered in and no one knows that except those involved. A women answers the phone without stating any business name and asks Hello? Several times and then asks ..."are you there?" She does not say "is anyone there?". I fear the same thing may happen to another of his victims.

call in early am do not respect work hours or no call list. the business is operating without BBB and is a fraudulent listing New Cellular Wireless scam

Unwanted caller does not obey command to quit. Does speak adn does not listen to answer. Calling from phone bank selling product, announcing prizes, selling phones, weightloss pills and working in a team. They have called me when I have stated I have cancer and need my rest at hours earlier than 8am and rang my phone all day long while at my MD appointments. They had occupied my line refusing to speak on the answering machine and when called in return the no calls list number has never worked and their phone does not take messages and the recording is in a different man's voice. 1-404-341-0323 Phone bank caller. Connected to global Body Theft Medical and Money Scams already posted. He has called with a new assistant faking accents for 6 years now. He can't really speak Farsi well and struggles with Americans. He is connected to ever scam I have had. He works at the phone bank handling Assurance Wireless off of recommended state services for low pay or no income support. He abuses the system.
