I've seen this number on my caller ID but there is never a message.

No name on the caller ID, no messages on the answering machine. When tthe call comes when I am home the phone rings 3 times and then quits. I've grabbed the phone on the 2nd ring and there is nobody there.
I've seen several similar complaints on the number 800-290-5130 so it must be the same place.

Left a message that I was a winner chosen to take a cruise in the Carribean. Since I didn't enter any contests I figures it was a hoax. I didn't respond to the call.
