They have called my number several times in one day they even called my work place and left message on machine. I called them back today, when I did they said they were a debt collection, I asked two times what was the name of company and neither time could I understand the man on the phone. He then asked me to verify my social security number, I told him no... that I was not gonna give him any info about my SS# and that legit debt collectors do not ask that info on the phone and if I actually do owe a debt I am not notifying him I want written info regarding debt sent to me in writing via United States Postal service. He said he is a debt collector and he does not have to provide such info per mail and since I wouldn't give him my SS# , he can no longer carry on with the phone call, I continued to state that according to the Fair Debt credit act, his company must honor such request, then he interrupted me and stated,"Lady, I didn't take out this loan and you won't give me your SS#, so this phone call is over!" he then hung up on me. Ironically, an hour later this company called me AGAIN and left VM stating to call them and gave me a claim number. Apparently they are not legit cause I don't have any loans out and legit debt collectors can only legally CONTACT YOU ONCE A DAY! THEIR NUMBER IS NOW BLOCKED!
