Caller ID is typical of Card Services. I did not bother to pick up the call, I just let it ring.

They're offering lower interest rates on credit cards. They try to get the fool to give them their expiration date and card number. That is THEFT & FRAUD!

These guys, as you well know, try to get your card number and expiration date out of you so they can RIP YOU OFF!

thieves who offer to lower your interest rate. they insinuate they have your card data, but they don't. and they try to trick you into confirming your expiration date and giving them the card number that starts with X, depending on whether you have a Visa, MasterCard, etc.
Please add a new category of "Fraud"!

certainly you can't be afraid to have that quite necessary category.

Sara from Card Services. press 1 to get lower interest rates. they asked about my current credit card debt load, my expiration date, and then asked for my card number.
I began with the number 4 and then used my verbal skills learned during 20 years in the US Navy. I ended up wasting his time which is always a pleasure when I get a bite from them :)
please block this robo caller that steals people's credit card limits. they're thieves, please block them.

scam. firefighters fundraising, same voice that always calls. I asked what % goes to help burn victims, he stopped talking and hung up. awesome because he would not stop his spiel before fir anything. these guys are ALWAYS holding an annual fund drive for firefighters, burn victims and anything else that sounds good. please block these s ammers who spoof a local number.

conversational recording imitates a live person asking questions, offering a free wireless alarm system in exchange for leaving a small advertising sign in the front yard. if you answer the questions correctly you get passed to a live person. he now knows how creatively a career Navy veteran can swear :)

a recording that mimics conversational speech. once you don't go along with the correct response the computer hands up.
the offer is 20 wireless systems free since that's going to be in my area.
she sounded cute so I asked her a pointed question about her body, the computer then hung up.

they wanted to know if I owed more than $4,000 in credit.
sounds like Carmen but they left the name off of this call.
I took up a chunk of their time having them believe I was a mask. I had them fooled for a while :)
