Another call from the premier bottom feeders of collection agencies. The have a seemingly a bottomless bucket of telephone numbers because no matter how many times I block them, another call comes through from a different number with their ID. Anyone working for them are scraping the bottom of the jobs bucket, because no decent person could willingly do this work unless they were desperate.

Yet another of the endless bucket of telephone numbers from this agency of bottom feeders preying on those in unfortunate financial circumstances. They don't understand, nor do they care that you are in dire straits they just want money and don't care how you obtain it.
Don't know these people. Keep calling me, but have never dealt with them. Not giving them my info because I've been victimized by that trap in the past. Looks like yet another bottom feeding "agency" in the mould of Portfolio Recovery. There's a special level of Hell for these vultures! Taking advantage of the financial misery suffered by those who have met unfortunate circumstances. They have no human sympathy or compassion, they only care about lining their pockets and those of their "investors". Shame of Western society!
Do not have, nor have I ever had any type of account with Citibank. Besides that, banks typically do not "cold-call" even their established customers, they only return previous customers calls or make pre-arranged calls to their customers. Sorry scammers/fishers, but you didn't catch any of the ignorant or plain stupid this go-round!

Repeated calls from this exchange. Not in service when called back. Sick of this and nothing is done about these calls.
I don't usually answer unknown callers, but am getting sick and tired of relentless calls every day, multiple times a day from PRC and scammers. So, I answered this one. Person calling (obviously not USA based)said "Hello, Sir, can you hear me clearly?" I said "Yes" He then asked for me by my correct name. I asked "Who is calling?" He said "This is Mike Watson with Patient Care Services". I asked "Patient Care Services for who?" . He answered "We don't work for anyone, we are Patient Care Services". I said "No thanks!"., and ended the call. I've recently had surgery, and several appointments, but my providers would immediately identify themselves, so this call screamed SCAM! Usually, these in-state numbers will come up as not in service if you call them, so obviously fake
Yet another of the myriad phone numbers that these bottom feeders have at their disposal. I would hang my head in shame if I had to tell anyone if I worked for these vultures, and I apologize to the birds called vultures for using their name! Amazing how greedy drives some humans to treat others like they are worse than contemptible for coming on difficult financial circumstances beyond their control. Typical behavior for venture capitalists in this country. They see people in dire financial circumstances as easy pickings as a vulture does an animal carcass on the roadside.
The way I see this is if they can afford the seeming unlimited pool of phone numbers, call centers, and personnel to harass people, they are making too much money from people's misery and misfortune. There's a very special level of Hell for these people!
I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know, or don't show up on caller ID. This ticked both boxes. These people are relentless and greedy for money that isn't even owed them, is aged out debt to someone else in many cases, and is unpayable by poor saps who struggle to eat and have shelter. These PRC people are motherless bastards of the worst kind.

I despise this BOTTOM FEEDER outfit! It should be illegal for such companies to have endless phone numbers with their caller ID automatically showing and without them having the ability to block caller ID.
Constantly calling, but NEVER leaves any messages. Caller ID usually doesn't indicate who's calling when PRC is using one of their endless bucket of phone numbers. I've blocked COUNTLESS numbers from them, but they keep coming up with a new one.

Unknown caller. Repeatedly calls but no VM, no CID. Funny that this, and multiple other numbers NEVER are able to be identified either here or on Google. I feel like I waste my time here because of this. I'm fairly certain that this is one of the seemingly MILLIONS of numbers owned by PRC/PRA/PORTFOLIO RECOVERY/PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES/ETC
