This number called me this morning, 21/10/2013. Said i was chosen for a two ticket cruise if I completed a survey. I did the first two questions then it hung up. Someone was clearly on the other line. I think it's some kind of tracking system for phone numbers that takes 20-30 seconds. Don't answer this number, just report it.
