they are still attempting to collect a debt that was included in a bankruptcy, that has since been discharged.

calls several times a week. no caller ID, answered one time, but got a phone slammed in my ear, scam.

This is NCO, calling about a debt that was discharged in a bankruptcy. I have advised them of this, and yet they still call!

NCO seems to be able to go around my call control application, to leave voicemail messages without the call showing on my call log ???

They call day after day, week after week. These collection agency's are getting out of control, with the endless harassing calls. Its so bad that I have considered changing my number, but for now I am getting good results from a call control app.

I dont know anyone from Chicago, where this call originated from, nor have i ever lived, or done buisness in Illinois

Collection agency. Contracted by Floyd Memorial Hospital to collect past due bills on their behalf, also assists in obtaining, and processing applications for financial assistance.

they got my information from a job application. i asked them to stop, and they did. now hey are calling my wifes cell phone!

DONT, under any circumstances give these people ANY personal information! If you have access to a call block app on your cell phone, use it, and block their calls. NEVER answer their calls on your cell phone, because they have been suspected of cloning cell phones! DONT answer, or call them using your cell phone! They are being investigated by the FCC, US Postal Service, along with several other law enforcement agencies for possible fraud, criminal intimidation, and possible Federal Mail Fraud violations, just to name a few.

keeps calling! called at 0900 in the morning on a Saturday! dont they take a day off?

this company has several complaints, people have called them back, only to have their phone cloned. they have been reports for threatening to have you arrested if you dont give them private information (social security numbers, ect. they called one woman, and recited HER credit card number to her. definite scam

averaging 3 to 5 calls a day, seven days a week, even Sunday, this is clearly harassment

This is the third call that i have received from this company today, using an auto dial machine. auto dial machine vs call block application results in machines talking to each other. i am keeping a log of these calls for possible future lawsuit for harassment.

this company uses an automated call machine to harass their targets. this is the second time they called me today.
