I received a call today from the Federal Banking Association indicating that I took out a pyday loan and never ever paid them back. And for this they are suing me. He read off the last 4 digits of my soc, my address and he's calling me on my job. Not sure how he got my information. I asked him for his name and phone number - he claims that his name was Alex Martin, I almost asked him to spell it. He had this heavy accent, telling me that I'd better call him right away. I'm not sure what I can do to get these people to stop calling me at work.

That's the same company who called me today. I filed every report I could find on them. I hope they catch them!
