Automated calls from Reward Redemption after visiting one of their affiliate sites, so they say. This scam offers gift certificates to well known stores.
If you get a real person, they will try to use a high pressure sales pitch and will not take no for an answer. Just block this number.

The person asked for someone I never heard of. When I told her she had the wrong number, she immediately went into a sales pitch about "furthering my education". I told her my number was on the Do Not Call Registry and to remove my number... she was persistent so I hung up.

I've used this app for as long as its been around and its worked flawlessly! I even upgraded both my cell phones to the Pro version and it was worth every penny. As far as customer service... awesome. I screwed up my licence keys when I first bought them, it was totally my fault. I shot them an email and someone answered me within hours. A REAL person worked with me, I was expecting some generic email like many .
I hope you get your issue resolved! Don't give up on them yet, it really is a 5 star app.
