I ordered septic tank treatment from a man who identified himself as Harlan Jeffries. He gave me 1 800-991-5921 as a contact in case I needed customer service. This was about May 2, 2012 and I have not received my order--however I have received my credit card bill with this charge on it. I have repeatedly called this number and get a recording saying the number is not in service yet.
