Keeps calling my cell, I call back and all you get is a busy tone. They called again and I didnt say anything when I answered then they hung up. tried of these scammers

They called me few times so I called back number, asked to speak to a Mandy Moore and they put me on hold for over 3mins. when He came back on told me they were trying to collect from a payday loan that happened back in 2008. it was discharged but they have been trying to get ahold of me for past 7.5 yrs. Told me if I did not pay the 501.00 that I was going to be summoned with papers and have to go to court and pay over 2,000. Asked him what the company name was and he said Knox Financial and told him never heard of them. Asked what is company name is and was told Cardinal Group. I looked in to the names and Knox Financial is a place for Investment, Insurance, and Real Estate, helps with College Financial. So now I am going to let Knox Financial know this Cardinal Group is using there name to scam people out of money. And this Cardinal group is a Finance Company to deal with Rental property. Why can't someone do something with these Scammers. So sick of it
