Second call today already identified as scam call that wasn't blocked!!

Shod have been BLOCKED as shows already in community block, yet my phone kept ringing with only number displayed.

The phone number is typical for a CT cell phone. But was in fact a recorded message about a Marriott SCAM!

Caller ID did not identify or block. But checked after and showed as scam! Why isn't the app blocking as it should?!?

Again, if already flagged as scam, why is my app not blocking it as call comes in!?!?!

Caller ID was not tagged when call came in but is already labelled as such??

Caller ID says Connecticut, USA but area code is BOGUS!!!
