Caller claims He has a formal claim to present to me, He first of all called my job and verity my workplace. My boss gave him all my information including schedule and phone number (violation and not safe at all), He later on called my phone and threatened me that if I don't give him my address He would come to my job and that my boss already spoke to him about the protocol. I called the next day and asked them to stop harassing me and that there are several people that have the same name as I, then they wanted to know my social security number which I refused to give. Later that day they called one of my aunts that I haven't even seen for the past two years and told her that they were calling from my job and needed to reach me and I told my aunt that I was at work at the moment. My dad received similar calls two years ago about me, I called the people who claimed that they were calling about a debt I owed since 2006( don't even remember) and they threatened me and I gave them my account number to take payments electronically from my bank after the second payment another man called me about the same debt they claimed I owed since 2006 and I told him that I had made two payments and that I needed a receipt and his reply was that that was a scam and I asked him how can I tell that you're not part of the scam but all He was particular about was that I made some payment right away. I refused. I called the first number that they used to call me and requested a receipt but they told me they did not have my name, phone number or social security in their system so I called my bank and my money was refunded to me
