Credit card services for lower interest rate. Keeps calling.

Calls asking for a person who doesn't live here but has same last name. I have threatened to report them and ask them not to call any more and they say it will take up to 48 hours and there will be no more calls. They still keep calling...a different person every time.

Repeated calling up to 10 a day, every day even Sat. and Sun. Today 4 calls in 3 hours.
