k guys these people are working out of India yet using phone numbers associated with the us. I made a police report on sat after 6 phone calls on friday, and 8 on sat. The police contacted him and told him to stop harassing, and also confirmed it was a hoax. You would have thought that this would stop, but no if anything it intensifyed, he was calling every minute (work number) my boss got on the phone with him, and while he was on the phone the other line would ring and it would be the same number this went on for hours, you can not block the call because they will just have another number they will use with in 30 days, and they will not be caught, and can not be prosicuted, they know this and the reason they are so aggressive. My loss prevention got involved with this and the nusience buera, the best advice I got because of the situation and the fact they will continue is to buy a whistle, let the guy identify himself (although I think we all know that accent), then blow the whistle into the phone, and continue this each time he calls. I bought a whistle, and was told to get whistles for my front service desk personal (they all know his voice), and let them keep them at the desk. If the person at the desk tells them that I am not in he becomes very vulgar with them......this went on all day on saturday it was embaressing, yet my work started to really get into this guy and have some fun with him lol....but still a disruption of the day. He has not called back at my work number since sat, and I have checked my cell phone numbers that I dont regonize via google. He will resurface again I am sure of it. He did this in May for about a month, although never called my work, then disappeared. Now he came back last week under a diffrent number that is his mo....

Today was the second call I received from this guy, the first one came from Ohio, this one is now California, claim that I owe on a payday loan, and that if I pay they will not have me arrested. They called this morning and left a messag on my cell phone, and have now contacted me at my store. I informed the that I would not speak to them, and that I was contacting the police and hung up. I do not owe on a payday loan, which he states I took out over a year ago, never have received any letters from a collection company, nor have I anything on my credit report. I think this is a hoax......to try and intimidate me into giving money I do not owe.......does anyone have any information on this guy or even if he is legi????
