recieved a voicemail from a man says his name is Erik foster from instel law firm.....that theres been a law suit against me and that my social security number has been kept on hold by the us goverment...that if i dont call him back regarding this matter my file will be transferrred to the associated court house services...dont know any of these people or any of these firms or services...i then later recieved a viocemial from mr. anderson at hopkins law firm stating i had to send him a payment to clear my debt---debt from a payday loan..?..he mentioned that i had to send the payment to associated court house services and asked me how much i could pay etc....crazy!! i told him i was working and hung up the phone...they have called my cell about 3 times a day since 11-01 and theyve also called my work...they must be connected and fake these scams to try to get money out of people that apply for these loans

VERY RUDE STRANGE PERSON..INDIAN ACCENT...TOLD ME THERE WAS A LAW SUIT AGAINST ME AND I WAS GOING TO RECIEVE DOCUMENTS WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS ABOUT THE ISSUE...WOULD NOT TELL ME WHAT COMPANY IT WAS ABOUT OR WHO I OWED MONEY TO...SAID HE WAS FROM A LAW FIRM CALLED HOPKINS LAW FIRM...HIS LAST NAME WAS ANDERSON AND HE WANTED TO KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY I HAD IN THE BANK AND TO SEND HIM A PAYMENT TO SOMETHING CALLED ASSOCIATED COURT HOUSE SERVICES,,, VERY SCARY,,,HE HAD ALL MY INFORMATION
