I posted this twice to the same web site. My appologies!

This company claims I own $463 for unpaid medical services. I explained ALL my medical is through the Veterans Administration (I am a disabled Vietnam Vet') and I have NEVER been to whatever medical facility they claim I owe money to. "How do you know?!" he demanded several times. I told the "Credit Guard" rep' the last time I was in Texas was for Basic Training in 1967. I was threatened with "legal" actions presumably for returning THEIR call. In the past I have received collection calls for another Gene Leone and explained I am NOT the Gene Leone they want. Every time I'm told "we'll correct the file". Now "Credit Guard" has this file. I told them to "sue me". Again, the person on the end threatened me with having violated the law and he'd report me to the authorities. I want redress against this "Credit Guard" company and their shady, intimidating, threatening practices. I also DEMAND my contact information be purged from whatever system it is in generating these harassing calls and demands for money. I have “LifeLock” and nothing shows up on my credit reports what-so-ever. When I tell them they have the wrong person and the “correct the file”, they just sell it off to another collector and it starts all over again. I am sick and tired of these predators and their intimidations!
