Said they were UPS and they were trying to make a delivery to me. They asked if it was me and I said "yes". Then they asked if I was at an address that was wrong. I think this may be the "Yes" scam.

Didn't pick up. No voicemail left.

He said he was from the IRS but he did not give his badge number. The real IRS has an 800 number caller ID and a description of Internal Revenue Service or U S Government.

I have received repetitive calls from this number and 972-543-0014. When I pick up the phone to answer I receive a fax tone. The calls come at least once an hour and sometimes 4 in an hour. My voice mail was full with these calls when I checked after a weekend.
