They will not stop calling. Never leave a message!

Keeps calling but no messages.

They say you have a claim against you but wont give you any information other than a file number or amount you allegedly owe.

Bogus claims saying prosecution will happen unless you send them money.

Trys to get you to apply for their CC.

Must submit payment by 5pm to stop court processing

Vehicle warranty crap.

Saying check fraud from 8 years ago and legal documents and charges to be filed. Bad thing for them is in Oklahoma the statute of limitations is 5 years.

Credit card applications.

They keep calling about a debit for somebody else and keep asking for them. They have been told this is the wrong number but refuse to stop calling.

Called back number. Female answered and said "summoning division". I asked for the company name and that I was recording the conversation. She proceeded to hang up on me.
