Automated past due payment call.

Automated caller reads a script that implies that they are one of your credit card holders. They say that there's nothing wrong with your account but that it is very important that you phone them.

Called but left no message. Google search revealed multiple consumers indicating that this is Comcast advanced technical support. They apparently call to try to troubleshoot any technical problems that you're having one last time via phone before sending a technician out when one is scheduled. I believe that this is credible as I am having problems with my Internet service and a technician is scheduled to come out on tomorrow.

Calls but doesn't leave message.

They leave a message for you using your first name as if they know you. If you don't phone them back, they will phone you again in a couple of days. They're selling some type of life insurance plan. Apparently they survey people for their warm market contacts and then phone the contacts. They said that I was "referred" by my brother and sister-in-law. They're nice, but worrisome.

Left an automated message that said that I'd won a free cruise to the Bahamas for two. Said that I'd have to take a survey to redeem it.
