When you answer the phone (don't even say hello, just press answer) a pre-recrded voice says "thank you for calling citi card. We have some information about your account. Please wait for a rep." Well, a.) I dont have a citi card. and b) it's 8PM on a friday night (11PM where the call is coming from).
These calls come as late as 11:30pm at my location and as early as 6am.
obviously not a credit card company.
