Computer message claiming to be from the IRS, that I'll get arrested by local cops with 24 hours unless I call back about four charges.

The voicemail is identified with the recording of a woman calling herself "Bonnie Taylor", but then the message is just another computer recording telling me to press a button to learn how to lower credit card interest rates to 6%.

Recording tries to get you to press a button to get your credit card rate dropped. No identification.

Recording says i was approved for a $1500 payday loan, then tried to get me to press a button either to speak to someone or get left alone.
