Caller left voicemail claiming to have info on my approved loan application and told me to call back. I haven't applied for loans.
A variety of folks call and leave voicemails telling me to call this number for the finance department to get an unsolicited loan. Requests to leave me alone and never call again are unsuccessful.
I got multiple calls from this number in less than 24 hours, interspersed with more than 15 calls and voicemails I know to be from the loan scammers because those calls came with voicemails.

Got voicemail from this guy and two of his fellow call center workers in one day, telling me that "Robert Valdez's" loan application was approved for $3,000, payable at $140 per month for 24 months, and to call him in the finance department at 213-785-8821.
Got voicemail from this woman and two of her fellow call center workers in one day, telling me that "Robert Valdez's" loan application was approved for $2,000, and to call her in the finance department at 213-785-8821. It's hard to tell through thick accents, but the name of the company and the loan amount seemed to vary, but they each washed me to call then back at the same number, all different from their originating number.

Left voicemail claiming my loan had been approved.
Upon picking up the call, I heard a ring and was connected to someone asking for Robert Valdez. I explained that there is no one with that name connected to the phone number and "James" tried to start his pitch our scam. I repeated that I was not interested in any payday loans and never will be and that I've told him that before.
Caller left message claiming to be offering approval for a $5,000 loan. Caller is obviously reading from a script in an overseas call center and he claims to be responding to my request for a loan, but the call is unsolicited.
recorded message telling me that my (unsolicited) payday loan was approved and I should go to www.WinterPayToday.com and enter platinum member number 2224 within 24 hours to receive a loan of up to $1350 dollars.
recording told me I was approved for a loan and should go to the website and enter my platinum member number 1123. I haven't applied for any loans.
voicemails trying to get me to call back to accept a loan. might be recorded, since they are identical.
This most recent series of calls, a computer recording of a computer generated voice identified as Jessica offered me a loan if I call back
message says I'm approved for a payday loan and to call back
an auto dialer left me a message of hold music (smooth jazz version of "we three kings"), then two guys talking to each other in Hindi, then the call ends after about one minute.
