"Hello, we have been trying to reach you. This call is officially a final notice from IRS, Internal Revenue Services. The reason of this call is to inform you the IRS is filing lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately our department number 360-362-4730. I repeat, 360-362-4730."

However, if the IRS tried to contact you, they will never call you and leave you a voice mail saying "the IRS is filing lawsuit against you" When the IRS wants someone, they try to call the individual first, they call from an office in your area code or nearest. Then if the person did not answer, they show up to his/her place within 30 days with badges presented as the IRS.

So do not call the number up there. It is a scam, save your time and money, and register you phone number in the FBI in the Do Not Call List here:
