I have been dealing with these people for 2 yrs now.

They say they are from NY,TX,and so on.But, have a Indian or middle eastern accent.

They are probably actual hackers and people trying to use your computer when you answer your phone through wi-fi.if you dont answer im not sure if they can still do so.
I do know that they hacked into my cellphone through our computers wi-fi.we have bought 3 computers in 1 yrs time and its still going on.

what i think it could be is foreigners .because they sound like they are from india,or some middle eastern accent.they just called me at 10:00 am.I will catch their ass.they just use different routers and different cellphone and skype to call me.you can only update a new cellphone so many times and then your luck runs out.one always leaves a trail.
