Voice message did not record name of alleged company, but this is the same type of message I've heard in the past for phishing calls claiming to be from the IRS. The recording stated to call in order to avoid criminal charges and legal action. No legitimate debt collection agency threatens criminal arrest and besides, I have no outstanding debts in collection.
