This is a Robocall that goes to a live person if you answer. It starts out with "Hi, this is Todd, can you hear me okay?" The live man that comes on the line to try "to give away" a free wireless home system that is attached to a lengthy service program. Obnoxious to say the least. They change the phone number every week to avoid blocking.
