Received a call from a David Matthews saying he was from RCA and they have litigations against me from a payday loan for 480.00. He wanted me to confirm the last 4 of my social and then wanted to confirm my address and email which both were incorrect. Told me I have to settle this debt today or they will proceed with court action and that it will cost me 7 times the amount and attorney fees. I hung up and he called back 3 times repeating that it would cost me 7 times the amount plus attorney fees. I finally told him to take me to court and hung up

Just received call from them. No company name given. They wanted me to confirm the last 4 of my ss# and said they had allegations against me an unless I verified my ss# they were not at liberty to give me any information... So I told them I guess I'll see you in court and hung up on them
