This company starts calling me on the first of every month until the 7th of the month. They call between 7 and 10 times a day. My payment according to my checking account is always cleared no later than the 5th of the month. According to my statement, my account isn't considered late until the 15th of the month. So why are they calling. The funny thing is that I even have a credit on my account because I pay a little more each payment.

When I finally spoke to the person on the phone, she told me this was a company courtest that they offer to their customers at the being of the month to remind them about there payment. I requested that they remove my number and stop calling. I even sent them a cease and desist letter but they keep calling.

Please help get rid of these idiots. Maybe we should be calling there locations and ask for our bail out money back.
