This number has called me 15 times this morning. I refuse to answer it. I looked it up online and many people have reported it as a big SCAM trying to get people to get an auto loan. Apparently, seems the people calling from this number have been sold our contact information, including personal bank account information and social security numbers from some websites where we filled out personal information. Some people even reported that when they asked the man to stop calling them, he started cussing and yelling at them. And they said he has a weird voice :(
