very similar to the other complaint. Caller said his name was Sean Wolfe. He told me I was being indicted for some international fraud charge for taking a money loan into my checking account and not allowing them to get their money back. He further explained that the company had written it off as bad debt yet at the same time they were fileing criminal charges against me. I know a little something about banking laws so I stopped him right there. I told him look buddy, I haven't had a checking account, credit card, nor any kind of account or loan for over ten years so what your saying is impossible and until I see some paper work, legitimate paper work, you can f yourself and don't ever call me again. He replied by wishing me good luck in the court room then and how sorry he was for me.
