Recorded voice switches to live operator after you say hello. When you challenge them and say that you going to report them they hang up. What good is the Do Not Call list if these phone calls continue. Another false sense of security like the TSA provided by the federal government.

Indian accent, very difficult to understand selling air duct cleaning services. Request credit card info up front at start of call.
