These people called me and I got there contact info on their website. Here is the BBB site for Allied Services, Inc. Send them a Cease and Desist Letter. It is against the law for them to call you, especially if it is not your debt! If they don't stop calling after you sent it (I sent it in the comment field), then you can take them to court and get $1,000!! Hope this info helps!
Same thing, again, today from 916-301-4406. Called around 10:05 a.m. Didn't answer. Going to send them a cease and desist letter. If they don't stop, they have to pay fines!!!!
They keep calling me saying they can lower my interest rate by 6.9%. Her name is Rachel from "Carholder Services". (NEW YORK) Today they called on a SUNDAY! Telephone number came up as 000-000-0000 I told them to stop calling me and if they don't, I will call my Attorney General's Office. So if this company is reading this, I WILL take action. Bring it on! This is a SCAM!!
