I've apparently qualified for 0% interest on all my credit card accounts!

Both of my phones rang at the same time, identifying the same caller number. It was a recording in the middle of a sentence when I answered. I hung up. When I tried to call back it would not go through.

I pressed 3 to have my number removed from their calling list, supposedly they won't be calling me back.

Man calling to inform me that my computer is sending out error messages. He wanted to walk me through how to see them and fix them!

Offer to lower interest rates.

Recording. Accuses me of fraud.

Automated recording claiming to be the IRS. Poor grammar!

A fella with a very strong East Indian accent, claims he is calling from the IRS. There was a lot of background noise like a call center. He said my 2017 taxes had been audited and I owe over $4,000. If I don't pay I could spend five years behind bars. I made him identify who he was supposed to be calling. He had my first name right because of the way I answer the phone, but oddly enough he also had my last name, I think. The call quality was not good. I don't think he appreciated the fact that I found the call humorous. He hung up on me!

More foolishness about lowering the interest rate on my nonexistent credit card debt.

" we have made multiple attempts to reach you and this is our final attempt". I wish it were! They are offering to lower the interest rate on my credit cards, which I do not have!

A recording telling me they need to talk to me about my pending health insurance application! I have not applied for health insurance!

Recording.

"You have been identified by one, or more, of..." I hung up.

"There are no problems with your account." I hung up before the recording could go further.

They are so concerned about reducing the interest rate on the credit cards that I do not have!

There's nothing wrong with your account! I hung up.

Recording says my Windows security has been breached and I'm supposed to call the 800 number they give me!

An important message regarding your credit card account, we have made several attempts to reach you, la tea da!

I have been identified as someone who may have all or part of my credit card debt eliminated la dee da.
