Caller did not leave a message; my Google Voice mail says "Temecula, CA"

This company calls every other week or so, always with a different number. They are trying to collect a debt I don't owe. I tell them this and ask them not to call again, but they keep calling. According to them, I need to submit a form stating it's not my loan.

I tell them, over and over again, that according to my rules, I don't have to submit anything to them. They say that's not their rule, so I tell them, you live by your rules, I'll live by mine.

If you are getting calls from them, get a Google Voice account and each time they call, you can "block" them and they can't reach you again from that number, not even to make your phone ring, let alone having to hear their squeaky voice again.
