How do we stop these harassing calls??? They call from different phone #s. They even have used a neighbors phone# to call. We alerted our neighbor of this & he was told that nothing could be done because his ID was not stolen. This is an ongoing problem, as they sometimes call numerouis times daily!!!
On 6/30/14 @ 1:03 PM about lowering my credit card interest. Todd Taylor Very broken up. When asked “you’re calling from where?” he hung up.
On 7/1/14 @ 8:02 from “ NOT IN USE” 417-800-2538 to place a home security sing in my front lawn & I was instructed to press #1. I was asked my name & if I was the home owner. I gave my first name only & said yes. He asked if I wanted a home security system & I said no. I then said “that’s what you should have said in the 1st place”
On 7/2/14 @ about 5:49 PM card services called again from Orlando Fla. 1-321-209-7498 I pressed #1 to speak to a live agent AGAIN!!!!!!!!! & was hung up on.
On 7/11/14 @ about 10:18 AM Orlando Fla. Card services 1-321-209-7498. about lowering my credit card debt. must owe @least $3000 in debt had a heavy accent refused to repeat his name & very rudely hung up on me after he said that he gave me his name & also said that it’s called “active listening” .
Whom else can we contact to stop this????
