Left recorded message about supposed fraudulent activity on Amazon

No message left. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

Robocall, partial prerecorded message (as soon as my voicemail answers, the message starts which means I only get a partial message)

I screen all calls. I block any number number if (a) they don't leave a message or (b) they leave a message and it's clearly a telemarketing, solicitation, political or any other type of call that I am not interested. After I block the number, my phone still logs the fact that an attempt was made to call me.

This number has called me at least twice a day for the past ten days. I called it from a different phone and the recording on the other end indicated that it was Citibank.

I consider this amount of solicitation pure harassment. Because of this, I will never EVER consider doing business with any part of Citicorp, Citibank, or any of their subsidiaries.

They keep calling my business line which is paid for by my company. I don't know who it is, the guy has a VERY heavy Indian accent and I can't understand him. I told them I'd contact the FCC, they keep calling. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they hung up and called back the next day. Next I'm going to get a loud whistle but I doubt if that will make them stop. They have called 3 or 4 times a week for the past 6 weeks and it needs to be STOPPED.
