THis is a collection company for payday loans among other things I'm sure. They called stating they were form the nation check registry. Alan Davis contacted me, left me a message and I called him back. This is from a payday loan from 4 years ago that I paid back to a different shady collection agency called SRS& Associates in NJ. They also threatened to take me to court. Even had some phony courier service with a NH number call me but nothing was ever delivered.

I have a suggestion people- make sure you get info from them and if this matter has been resolved, If it has been resolved and they are still coming after you, write to your state attorney general or the Federal Trade Commission. I'm in the process of doing that. Luckily I have all my bank info to show proof of payments. Its sad to know that some people out there will just keep forking over money when 'legal' action is mentioned. Do your homework before you agree to anything. In my case, this payday company wasn't even registered in NH to supply payday loans, never mind the other guidelines they never met.
